    AWESOME, EFFECTIVE, VERY DIFFICULT but REWARDING

I LOVE THIS ROUTINE!!!!!!  I was using the Intensity without toys, but man-on-man, this ups the ante by 1000.  It took me the full two weeks cycle through the entire video to be able to even do the exercises, but boy is the payoff divine!  I'm not doing this for weight-loss but my clothes are sliding right on and becoming a little baggy.  I'm amazed how effective a 10-minute workout can be.  The warm-up and cool-down are cruicial, as I find myself with very little discomfort on my resting days if any.  I can feel it, but in a different way than when I do long, drawn out workouts.  Mindy is the best and she's not kidding when she says the challenge leve is exponentially more difficult that intensity without toys.  I actually find this less taxing on my feet with the bosu as an absorption element and the discs are really really crazy difficult in terms of execution.  Once you get this in terms of the bosu and the discs, you are golden.  I did the disk workout on it's own and could barely move the next day, so the discs are crazy effective.  Lastly, the bosu has increased my balance to a degree that I was never able to achieve before even through belly dance and pilates.

Love the variety in this workout, especially the various types of exercises and workout types included. I also think that if you have a Bosu, you need this workout. I like my Bosu but wasn't using it much. I now can't wait to pull it out and use it with Intensity Overload. To me, this workout is a hidden gem. I'm glad I discovered it!
