Beautiful bay tree - arrived very securely packaged and in excellent condition.Its a well established tree with lots of new leaves on it unlike some others seen from other high street retailers.

Well I was expecting a lovely round fully formed headed bay tree.What arrived is lop sided, no where as near as good as the photo.Unfortunately my in law planted up as I was away so I couldn't return it.

Asked for tall straight-stemmed bay tree, recipients received plaited, short tree.  However, they loved their gift and it was healthy.I asked for a straight-stemmed, tall bay standard bay tree and the recipients received a medium sized plaited stemmed bay.  However, it was healthy and they loved it.
