They're very breathable and comfortable. They don't squish your man junk into you like many jocks, they hold and support it. The only bad thing about them is that the sizing between various models is very different, even though they all use the same sizing method (with the different size balls as a visual). In the strapless model, I am a C pouch, darn near a D pouch. In the standard jockstrap I am a B pouch. In the boxer brief model I'm an A pouch (almost a B pouch, but it just a smidge loose).
