I'm not sure what happened but the pain in the side of my right foot was EXCRUCIATING. I read that icing it could help, but I had trouble keeping an ice pack on the area. They are a tad too big on me, I wear 8.5 womens, so I don't really walk in them unless I have to. They come with a resealable bag to store in the freezer so you don't have to worry about contaminating your freezer. I have a dog that sheds, so I was grateful for a storage bag since I knew I would get some fur on these lol. They last about 30 minutes tops before they get warm then they have to get refrozen. These have helped me tremendously to treat my foot pain. Review: I'm a 250lb 5ft 9in woman with a 10.5 xx wide shoe. I was afraid to try these on.
