While we are not illness free, since taking Vitamin C in general (about 3-4 years), we've dramatically cut down specifically on colds and long, drawn out, miserable sinus infections that could go as long as 6 weeks for me personally. We (adults and kids) only take 1 a day and that does the trick. If one of the kids get sick or I feel something coming on, we double up and that appears to shorten the duration of respiratory illnesses. I only wish I knew how valuable Vit C was many years ago as I could have saved myself many days of suffering.
