**Q: Whats the active ingredient please**
A: These tablets are Loratadine, this is similar to Certirizine but is NOT the same, they work slightly differently.  The differences can be researched easily on Google. The packet clearly says Loratadine.

**Q: Are they lactose free?**
A: no they contain Lactose Monohydrate.

**Q: Why is this sold as cetirizine when on the packet it states loratadine?**
A: They put the wrong picture. The package is the same but the description says Cetirizine.

**Q: Do they contain maize starch please**
A: No maize is mentioned in the ingredients on the picture.

Seemed to work OK for me, have to admit to have searched for six months supply and not reading properly ending up with only 3. But that's my failimg/lack of attention. Obviously can find product cheaper on Amazon. Still cheap compared to pharmacy and supermarkets. Easy to take, no nausea as I was getting from Loratadine and seemed to stop symptoms of hay-fever for me.
