Review: Fantastic, versatile, and pleasantly priced - I've had 3 of these leads now. The first was used while training a large, reactive collie for several years - it was an absolute game-changer. The versatility and ease of adjustment, as well as the extra handle loops, are amazing. As someone who sometimes struggles with grip in my hands, I really appreciate the extra handles and how soft the material is. The lead is good and strong. I only replaced the first one because my new puppy decided to chew it while in her teething piranha phase - it doesn't hold up well under insistent chewing, but most leads don't anyway. For the price point, and all the benefits, I really didn't mind having to replace it. I bought 2 more.

**Q: Would this lead be strong enough for a German shepherd Malamute cross?**
A: Yes, I used to use my halti on my German Shepherd, now use it on a very strong Collie. They are extremely strong leads.

**Q: What's the large metal loop for? Can't find anything in the packagi or online. Thanks.**
A: It allows you to thread the large clip through the metal loop before securing the clip to a halti collar, giving another looped handle to hold (more control) near the dog's head. This is a great lead with so many options.

**Q: This lead is advertised as “large”. i don’t see any other sizes advertised on amazon. would it be suitable for a maltese dog?**
A: I have a golden retriever, quite a large dog and this 'large' lead is perfect for her.  Might be a but chunky for a small dog but it is a fantastic product.
