Taking the cap for the last two months and i started feeling the efficacy after a month's of consumption. I become more agile and a feel of well being the first thing i watched. The main & another important thing is my wrinkles on face and throat skin started vanishing. Moreover skin colour changed to wheatish from slight dark!
