I had this at a deal price of £64.99 and it arrived well packed day after order. I was a bit sceptical reading reviews on chips in the enamel but after a quick check we were good to go. I have cooked 5 sourdough breads in it since I received this and I have to say I'm happy. Its still a bit of learning cure with temperatures ect. I need to say that I have added ice for steam no problem and it had no effect on my enamel. After use I leave it cool down and then wipe clean with a damp clean cloth and it removed any marks from the flour and ice ect. I have added photos of how it looks after being used 5 times and also the bread I made today. Things I like are It is heavy but not as heavy as my cast iron pan. The lid is easy to remove mid cooking. How evenly is cooks the bread all around ( this might have something to do with the base being shallow once the lid is removed). It is not overly big so fits lovely in my oven. I do not need to use a sling to get it in or out is a big bonus . Very easy to clean. Review: Love it. - Great and effective piece of kit.
