I really like this watch. I've only had it for a day, so I can't speak to longevity yet, but I wanted to comment on size because I was having trouble finding a watch with a dial case small enough for my wrist. The distance from the top prong of the case to the bottom prong is 1.75 inches. The measurement around my wrist where I like to wear my watch is 5.75 inches. This watch fits well and looks nice. I may put one more hole in the band to make it tighter, but so far it's not a problem for me. The first two pictures are from 2018. UPDATE July 2024: I bought this watch in 2018 and I've replaced the battery maybe twice. The second little band-holding strap broke recently so that the watch band just flopped around. Also, the band developed a lot of character over the past few years of nearly daily wear (last picture). There are no leather replacement bands available because of its unique shape. It took me a few months of shopping to come to that conclusion. However I was able to get a replacement band by buying an 18mm band and cutting out the notch (third picture). And to be honest, I just made it easy on myself by taking it to the watch store at the local mall and having them do it. If you need to take this approach, note that whatever band you choose, it has to be cuttable, so make sure any stitching or fabric is clear of the cutting zone.
