Unlike cheap latex or rubber mats, these specially designed 10mm thick NBR foam mats. Our OZE Sports Mat provides optimal cushioning in order to achieve maximum comfort and provide unparalleled support during those tough workouts. To clean after use, simply wipe down the mat with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or sweat and leave to dry. Once the mat is dry is can be rolled up and easily stored or carried with the included strap holder.

Love this mat. Been used for a long time and still going strong! I use at home for general exercise moves and it does not slip about on the carpet! Would recommend and I would buy again in the future.

A few observations whilst using this mat. Yes its comfortable and great for my knees and hips. The grip is ok. I wouldnt say it superior then my previous mat but acceptable. My only issue is when in a down dog position. If you have wooden flooring the mat stretches and squeeks on the floor so I dont feel particularly secure in this position. Im not sure if there is anything I can do about this form wise as I haven't seen any other reviews that say this. Currently undecided if it stays or gos back.
