Very very powerful. It's so effective, the manufacturer does not sell directly to the patient without the necessary testing . (It's a saliva test) You should get yourself tested before using by an integrative medicine doctor for adrenal fatigue. For those with a sensitive immune system, start out with one capsule every other day for a week, then one tablet a day the second week. Take it approximately 30 minutes before eating in the morning only! If after two weeks you still feel a little sluggish, try taking two tablets every other day for one week. Then take two each day the following week.This can be very helpful to someone with chronic fatigue symptoms caused by adrenal fatigue. Get tested. Call neuroscience for more info. I took it according to her treatment plan, starting w/ one 30 min before brkfst and lunch for a month, then increasing to two, and finally to three. After 6 months, I have to say I no longer experience a mid-morning slump, nor do I need afternoon naps, plus I can stay awake after dinner up until a reasonable bed time. I am now in the process of lowering the dosage, and hope to be on a lower dosage as maintenance.
