These bags are light-duty contractor bags. Compared to Hefty Heavy-duty Contractor bags that are 3mm thick, they will split or tear easily if you put anything pokey or sharp and it presses against the side of the bag. They are great bags if you do not over stuff them. Just lightly fill them up to the top and tie them off. 150 bags is a lot of bags so there's no need to overfill each one. You'll have plenty to spare and at this price point you can double them if needed. I haven't needed to double them at all and I've filled up maybe 15-20 bags so far. I knew I needed lots of bags and didn't want to break the bank on large contractor bags that were just going to end up being tossed out. I'm very happy with these bags. They fit well in the 55 gallon trash cans and don't fall apart when filled with trash. Also took them outside to collect pine needles, cones and sticks. Despite the abuse from the sharp cones, was able to use one bag for 8 loads as I disposed of them in another section of the property.
