The kit is super easy to use, a lot less expensive than I had anticipated it would be, and virtually painless. Even when we had to do an extra test to make sure everything worked (on me, of course), it didn't really hurt. I've done finger pricks before, and they were pretty painful. The lancing device had different "depths" to choose from, and the shallowest worked just fine; no pain, but the results were accurate. We can keep this little monitor in the small basket we keep our first aid supplies in, and it takes up very little space, even with the container of lances and the container of test strips. It's all very convenient.
