I don't use the phone for making calls or texting so I can't comment on that. I use the phone for taking photos + videos + for a few apps.I have 8 apps on the phone. They downloaded quickly + easily + haven't taken up much space.The battery runs down quite quickly but it also charges quickly so that's not an issue for me.The video + photo quality is good - which was the main reason I bought the phone + I'm not disappointed.The phone is easy to use, a good size + a very fair price.EDIT: Just like another reviewer has mentioned, I'm constantly getting malware warnings that pop up constantly, really frustrating. I've also been getting ads popping up which never happened before. I've had the same apps since I got the phone + I make sure they're updated. Also the battery life seems to have got worse over time. Down from 5 stars to 3 I'm afraid.EDIT 9th March 2018:I purchased this phone back in August last year. It was fine for a few months but then it started being nothing but a nuisance.The battery life is shocking, it goes down by 1% every minute + I have to charge it constantly throughout the day. Sometimes the phone is just a blank screen + leaves me unable to use it. I have to restart the phone + sometimes take the battery out. I barely have any apps on there (+ the ones I do have are official ones) but there's constant pop up ads, malware warnings (every couple of minutes these pop up).
