Review: Fabulous if you can no longer eat - I have issues swallowing. I am absolutely fed up of homemade soup and wasting the majority of it . This soup can be made thin or thick depending on your preference or how rebellious you feel that day. Lovely flavour , I purchased some dried veg granules to mix in . It's perfect you can just make up as much as you can manage to swallow. Watch the prices though, as it really appears to fluctuate. I'll purchase again .

A: No idea but love the soup

**Q: Would this be ok to use on a protein shake diet having 2protein shakes a say and a small cup of this.im on a liquid diet**
A: I cannot comment on diets. The package says that per 100 ml you get 0.5g protein. So that for me in a bowl of this soup I am getting about 0.8p protein. There are 450g powdered soup which makes 25 portions of soup in total.

I don't know if that helps - it is very good soup

A: The tub states 25 170ml servings. Therefore energy is 318kl/76.5kcal.

**Q: What is the shelf life after opening ?**
A: Since when you open it it does not change. Follow the expiry date that is around one year of life.

A taste of childhood. I doubt that there's too much nutritional value in the soup but it's not 'junk food' and certainly a pleasure to eat. Also, you could add stuff to it such as reconstituted dried vegetables. The negatives for me begin with trying to get the lid off. It took ten minutes! It doesn't seem to fit neatly afterwards. Some sort of instructions would be useful. The measurements given (in tiny writing) could also be supplemented. There is only an 85g powder to 850ml water given - which produces five servings. With a little trial I've found that 2+ tablespoons of powder to 200 ml of water is fine for a single serving, ready in three minutes.
