Needless to say, I have a lot of pain and after being on my feet for a few hours, I can barely walk. I read the reviews for this product and decided to try it. I'm an active person and I can honestly say I was quite surprised that this little brace made a difference in my day yesterday. I was able to get a few things done without limping, leaning on door jambs while walking from room to room, even able to mow the lawn. I wore it over my legging, not sure if it would be comfortable on bare skin. Not sure why a tiny size brace/velcro strap is included, you'd have to have a knee area of maybe 6" in diameter. It's useless to me. Adults and kid's sizes should be sold separately.
