Washed and back on every few days as needed. Washes well and keeps its shape. I would say this is great as a post birth nightie. I did try it on when 40weeks and it was a tight fit and not as comfortable. But after delivery, its just what I needed. Like others have said the buttons don't always stay done up. But at night, they are never up anyway for me! And wearing a nusering bra aswell anyway. It keeps me warm and allows good access. It's my favourite of the two I have.According to thier size chart I needed an XL. I'm a 105cm chest.
