## Questions & Answers

**Q: I'm looking at the picture of the white bag and the hardware looks silver, but the description says it's gold. Which is it?**
A: I bought the black purse which also says it has gold hardware, but mine came with silver hardware. I see that all the other colors advertise gold hardware as well, but the pictures show silver.

**Q: Can school supplies fit inside? Like notebooks, computer, or books?**
A: . It’s a purse rather than a backpack. It fits a lot but is not deep enough for school supplies.

**Q: I need this asap within 2days, can this happen?**
A: There is usually an option to have shipped faster for an extra shipping fee

**Q: When i try to order the grey purse it come up white in the order details. Does anyone know how i can make sure i am getting the right color?**
A: No, I had the same thing happen. You can always send it back.
