It always helps the skin to heal faster and I've noticed far less scarring. We also mix it with coconut oil and put on skin rashes and poison oak and it works wonders. I've tried several different brands and so far this one is in the top two favorites plus it's slightly less expensive than others so it also has that going for it. I love that it's alcohol free but still a nice strong tincture so it doesn't burn going on but still has potent healing capabilities.
