Even when I bit my gum, while eating, I applied the solution, and that sore went away in a few days, and never developed into that red/white painful eruption that used to linger for 1-2 weeks. My granddaughter, who is now 15, is also unfortunately affected by multiple canker sores from stress and certain foods, like peanut butter. I ordered a bottle for her, and she also has the same positive results, even if she doesnt apply it in a timely fashion. The duration is so much less, that she loves the product also. The Honey Gardens Propolis Spray has been such a fantastic product that actually works for me, that I would gladly pay 3X the price or more. We buy four bottles at a time because I never want to be out of it, and because I am always handing it out to friends. As soon as we feel off we starting taking this (3 sprays, 3x a day). I also take it when I am traveling. It may be coincidence, but thus far we have avoided COVID (knock on wood). All I know is this stuff tastes awful, but works great. I honestly swear by it.
