Review: Great item - Does the job perfectly
Review: Quick and easy replacement for failed regulator - It seems regulators don't last the lifetime of a BBQ. This one claims 5 year warranty. BBQ over 10 years old and I do recall having to replace the hose and regulator only 3 years ago which is not great, given the original last at least twice that, but trying to even find the seller (it was not via desertcart), let alone check if there is a warranty beyond 1 year, and if so make a warranty claim, on what is a £10 purchase, was just not worth the effort. I could tell my old regulator was not working as switching the lever to allow gas flow should have moved the little plunger down but I could see nothing was happening. And I could feel from the weight of the gas cylinder that it was not that I had run out of gas. Very easy to fit. I could use my old hose and compression clip. Up and running again in minutes. And I was lucky that it failed when it did. A week later and I would have been using it for a family BBQ!

**Q: i have a calor gas bbq and the regulator will not fit on to my flogas cylinder. will this regulator definitely work with flogas cylinder?**
A: hi
it will fit a flogas 27mm green patio gas cylinder it will not fit the butane ones or the standard propane

**Q: Hi. is it supposed to fit tightly on a flogas 5kg bottle or a bit of movement is normal? many thanks.**
A: The gas regulator is supposed to be loose. Industry standard for safety. There is a seal on the bottom which is specifically designed that comfortably allows for movement without any gas leakage.

**Q: my regulator no longer clips onto the gas bottle. Could this be because the bottle is empty or is the regulator faulty?**
A: normally this is cause by corrosion through leaving the regulator out over the winter or connected to the cylinder over the winter a good clean of the regulator and valve and a littel wd40 will normally fix it

**Q: Would this work for tubing that's got an inner diameter of 9mm with clips?**
A: I’m pretty sure I used 8mm internal pipe but it was a VERY tight fit. If it’s a proper gas pipe then it should work.
