## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this chair require assembly?**
A: No assembly is needed! It arrives fully assembled and is ready to use right out of the box.

**Q: I heard the cushion is very firm. How does it feel?**
A: It uses high-density foam, which provides strong support but feels firm initially. This is normal and it will naturally soften and conform to your body over time. The included lumbar pillow offers great back support for comfortable, longer seating.

**Q: What are the dimensions? Will it fit in a small space?**
A: It measures 28"W x 31.5"D x 35.25"H. It has a classic, compact design that fits perfectly in small apartments, as a bedroom reading chair, or even as a nursery chair. It supports up to 300 lbs and is very sturdy.

**Q: Does the 360-degree swivel work smoothly? Is it stable?**
A: Yes, it features a hidden all-metal swivel base for smooth 360-degree rotation. The base has a stable center of gravity, so it rotates seamlessly without wobbling or tipping over.

**Q: How do I clean and maintain it?**
A: Simply spot clean with a damp cloth. Please avoid bleach or harsh chemical solvents to preserve the original color and fabric quality.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this chair!
*by on Reviewed in the United States 10 October 2025*

I’m an elderly woman, and I’ve found this swivel chair to be a wonderful addition to my decor. The swivel is smooth and makes it easy for me to move around without much effort, and the lumbar pillow gives my back the support it needs. It’s very comfortable to sit in for long periods. The fabric feels soft and thick, and the chair itself seems sturdy and well-built. I’m actually quite impressed with how nice the skirt tailoring is too. It looks great in my living room and I’m going to buy another one to go with this one.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Uncomfortable but pretty
*by on Reviewed in the United States 14 May 2025*

This chair is featured positively on so many Instagram feeds I see - I couldn't resist any longer. Price was right, lines were good - it was worth getting one and just seeing if it lived up to the hype. So - yes - it looks great. It's well made and has crisp lines and a lovely fabric without too much shine. Fabric is very linen like. The chair is a nice size - not like some of that online furniture you buy that shows up and is a mini version of what you thought you were purchasing. :) You could easily have purchased this somewhere charging in the thousands. In that sense it's a total score. Truly - this is a great buy. Also, I've had it several months now and it's holding up beautifully: it swivels well; it's sturdy; doesn't wobble or make weird noises. The arms are at a nice height. All good. BUT it loses 2 stars for comfort. It's a weird depth given that the back is not a "tight back" or comfortably upholstered. The lumbar pillow sits too low to be comfortable and the back is kind of hard and stiff. You do need some kind of cushion back there for comfort, and given that the angle of the chair is about 90 degrees. I tried putting a bedding pillow back there to see if that might work if I downsized the pillow - but that's too MUCH pillow. There just isn't room for the amount of gentle cushion you'd want in this chair. So it's either the stiff upright back or too shallow a sit. I suppose if you are a very small person (I'm tall) it might work. But even with my teen kids sitting in it, they are either kind of falling off the front (when my pillow is back there) or they lean against the hard upright back. If I had sat in this in a store, I wouldn't have bought it. We have it in a spare room, but it's so uncomfortable I may just give it away.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Purchase

I LOVE my chairs! I purchased 2 for my living room. They’re beautiful, don’t take up too much space and are pretty comfortable as well. The material is great!
