If you do end up using the sim card out of your phone, you will have to email the imei numbers on the back of the router so they can unlock it so it accepts your sim card. Great product for what I'm using it for (Im putting a tv in my car and I needed wifi) Great customer service as well as a great company in general! I can't tell you how many youtube videos I've watched rating car hotspot routers and I never saw one video mention this company. They need to be known!

When it first arrived, the setup up instructions were very simple. If you do end up using the sim card out of your phone, you will have to email the imei numbers on the back of the router so they can unlock it so it accepts your sim card. Great product for what I'm using it for (Im putting a tv in my car and I needed wifi) Great customer service as well as a great company in general!
