A: I’m not a nutritionist, dietician, or physician but I can tell you from the listed ingredients that it appears there is no gluten which is found in whole grains-wheat, rye, and barley. People with autoimmune diseases and sensitivities and wheat allergies will react to gluten possibly with stomach/digestive challenges (bloating, the runs, headaches, etc.) I’ve added an update to my initial review that you can check out. I find that this product has a good combination of ingredient supplements. Be patient when taking supplements and follow recommended dosages. Good luck.

A: Made in the USA with foreign and domestically sourced ingredients.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must Eat Something within a few minutes of taking these.

They have no taste, and smell like cinnamon. I feel much better since I started taking them. Only negative is that I can't take them without eating something right afterwards. If I don't eat something within half an hour of taking them, they will make me sick to my stomach and will make me puke. After that I'm fine. They did change my lack of energy. Taking them is very easy, the capsules are easy to swallow. I haven't had any other negative side effects. Just have to eat something so the capsules do not release thier ingredients into my stomach.
