But I used more than one pack to make a big pan of tiramasu. **Q: Is it dairy free?** A: Dairy free and make delicious tiramisu (which, of course you can make dairy free). Considering that they are GF and have few ingredients...I really like them. **Q: How many in 5.4 ozs?** A: The package says 3 per serving, approximately 5 servings.
