The blouse is 15" long to begin with and slightly longer in bigger sizes. The sides of this blouse's body and sleeves are smocked and hence STRETCHABLE. This gives the wearer a very good fit and also it factors for a slight weight gain. So, the entire bust to waist area is stretchable and the entire sleeves also are stretchable.
