A big waste of my money. The stuffing in the pillow was encased within a very thin liner with a zipper and the battery pack was beneath a zipper on outside of pillow. Well when I went to change the batteries the first time the inside zipper had pulled apart and the lightweight beads of stuffing flew everywhere and they are hard to get up as they fly away with movement. Well the second time I went to replace the batteries the stuffing flew everywhere and when I opened the battery compartment it too was covered in stuffing. This is a dangerous fire hazard.
