There are three main sections and everything in them is divided into lists of 10. So, we have 'The Top 10 Copenhagen Highlights', each with 10 things to see, followed by 'The Top 10 of Everything' ('Top 10 Moments in History', 'Top 10 Churches', 'Top 10 Nightlife Venues', etc.); then in the third section, 'Copenhagen Area by Area', there are lists of 10 'Sights', 10 'Best of the Rest', 10 'Shops', 10 'Places to Eat', etc. This inevitably means there is a certain amount of duplication, which doesn't help when you're in a place for the first time. By the time you get to p 65, you already have 270 suggestions, and it's not really clear where in the guide you are best starting. For me, guides that organise themselves geographically, area by area, with more detailed sections within those chapters about the major sights to be seen, work best. Having said that, this particular guide does have a good, lightly laminated map and, if you want to organise your holiday by theme (Nightlife or Performing Arts, for example), it might be the one for you. In the end, I used the map from this guide to find my way around, but mainly the pocket Lonely Planet guide and the Internet for extra information. ### ⭐⭐ Very limited. *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 September 2019* This book consists of lots of lists of ten things; each thing described by one very short paragraph. So, if you have a great deal of time to spend in Copenhagen, want to see loads and loads of things but have very little interest in learning about any of those things, this is the book for you.In terms of actual, useful information, it is rather limited. The public transport section, for example (also one short paragraph) basically just says there are buses, metro and trains. It gives no useful information like how much they cost, how and where to buy tickets or etiquette. There is no metro map or bus map. So you'll need to suss all that stuff out when you arrive.On the plus side, it is a very convenient size and comes with a small and not-very-detailed map. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Compact, well structured *by B***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 May 2019* We enjoy exploring cities under our own impulses but DK Travel guides are great for getting a flavour and ideas. We visited Copenhagen earlier this year and found this to be a thorough and well laid-out guide offering inspiration and practical advice.
