This thing cut through the dirt and grass as if it wasn’t there. I also ran it at “full throttle” (on low) for a good 45 minutes or so total (big yard) and the 5ah battery hardly moved a bar. Took all of 20 seconds minutes or so to recharge it. After using gas all these years and scoffing at electric, I have to say that I am now a convert. Also found that this tool does a great job along the planting beds giving them a perfect edge. Found this works faster than using my string trimmer to edge the sidewalks and mulch beds.
