But before you say three weeks is not enough time, let me say what I thought would happen. According to the reviews and Dr. Oz, 800 mg would be the desired dosage. After about 30 days, some folks saw weight loss; someone on his show saw a 6lb weight loss in (I believe) less than 30 days. None of these folks paired this vitamin with a change in diet nor an exercise regimen. One pill is enough at least 30 minutes before each meal. Faithfully, for the first week, I took it; before each meal. Initially, I did see the change in energy. I began to feel full even before eating so I had high hopes. After week two, even with exercise (cardio involved running and cycling classes) as well as a small change in diet (reduction in fried foods), I didn't see my appetite starting to suppress anymore like its claim to fame. I had to think about it and came to the conclusion that my current exercise regimen is probably the reason I have the high energy and I shouldn't expect any additional bursts of energy above and beyond what I currently experience. As with anything, psychologically, if you don't see some sort of result, even slightly, you begin to forget about it. That's exactly what I've done.
