Three crunchy beef tacos with extra cheese are my go-to meal. Well, they used to be. My heart and taste-buds are not in agreement over what I should eat, and my heart wins the argument. So, I switched to making tacos at home. I stir powdered taco flavoring into ground turkey, stuff it into these shells, and add some non-fat yogurt. I'm not going to say the meal is as delish as Taco Bell, but it really is a good meal that is greatly enhanced by these shells. The blue corn flavor is great. Love the thinness and crispiness of the shells. All it takes is a minute in the microwave and then letting them sit for a while.
