I must say that I am somewhat disappointed with the quality of the item. I was drawn to it's simplicity, style and price but it doesn't do the job very well. I tried it out as practice, as we should do with any emergency equipment before it is actually needed, and it can be forced to work or used in an alternative way to stop bleeding but it doesn't work well as intended. It will not hold pressure unless manually held in place which ties up both my hands which defeats the purpose. It's latch slips as soon as you let go.
