He had shown improvement with his focus and felt energetic after having the everyday with milk early in the morning. The results may differ for others, I would strongly recommend a well balanced home cooked meal compared to any health drinks, unfortunately kids have tantrums which can be managed through these alternatives. Cons: It says no bad stuff, when I tasted it was very sweet, I read the lable again to be sure if the product is as advertised and it mentioned it had cane sugars unrefined refer the label above. Also, the front label is misleading 100% natural double chocolate flavour. At the back it mentions natural flavouring substance. Per serving of 9 gms proteins we have 16.34GMS + 11.9 gm of sugar! No wonder kids get addicted to these flavours.
