However, the fruit juice flavor is stronger, and more tart. I love it. But if you do not like the flavor of tart unsweetened fruit, then it might be too much. My favorite flavors are Grapefruit and Lime. But I often get the Raspberry Lime, to get a variety of flavors. At first this seemed a little bit bitter, but now I crave it, and I HATE bitter things. I think it's really pleasant. It starts off with a slight bitterness of grapefruit oil, as if you were eating one like an orange slice, and tasted part of the oil on the pith, or part of the skin even. Then it gets more citrusy and refreshing. If you like grapefruit flavored items, I think you'll be pleased with this. Initially, I started to add stevia drops to it to sweeten it a bit, but now I prefer it without any sweetener.
