Review: Great for relieving strain from the knee - I just had a meniscus repair surgery about 6 months ago and am trying to get my flexibility back in my legs. At times I'll grab a cushion or a towel but either one will be uncomfortable. I saw someone on reddit mentioned they used this to get support back in one location and its been great. Ive gone to 3 yoga classes with it since i recieved it and its great because its light so you can slide it away in between positions that don't require a knee on the ground. It provides enough cushion for what i need it for and its a great size.
