In order to get the best out of your bee bread is to take a tea spoon in the morning and resist taking more as the properties in the bread are absorbed slowly. Imagine having a jar of Maruca honey honey. You wouldn't eat it all at one sitting as the advice is the same. I have already experienced better sleep and look forward to discovering more into the future.
