It seemed to be good quality and was just what I had wanted, a simple rugged phone for talking and texting without the bells and whistles. As time went on the phone started having some issues with the screens and the speaker. Some of the issues may have been from me, but I also believe that the phone just had some issues or was at the end of its life. The company couldn't really have known about those issues, it just happens some times. I contacted them and even though the phone was pretty far outside of warranty, they were very reasonable and went above and beyond to get my problem solved. All in all, I believe this is an honest company, and they have excellent customer service. When dealing with used products, sometimes things just don't go right, but that's the cost of buying used. I would highly recommend buying from this company! It is very affordable. You can add 1000 texts on Tracfone for $5.40. With this phone, it is rugged no worries about dropping; plus have all I need voicemail, email Google etc in a simple to use functional device.
