Great customer service to solve the problem. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Unit I recieved was obviously second hand *by J***S on 15 August 2018* Came in Arctic Air Boxing, very similar to the JML model.The actual unit is exactly the same.A bit unfortunate that minr had clearly been used before as the filter had dust in it.Apart from that it's ok for the money.Paid £13.99 at the time. Not worth more than that in all honesty.It does what the description says.Noise is fairly moderate, I have this on when Im at my desk working or playing games.The water does well to cool the breeze, use Ice and it works even better!Overall decent product.
