Compared with traditional nylon filament, it features with higher strength and rigidity, less warpage and more resistant to wear, thermal stability has been improved. Suitable for strong and flexible industrial parts, prosthetics, medical equipment and complex costumes. After drying the filament in the oven for ~3 hours at 75-80 °C and printing using the SUNLU drying box I am getting very good results. First I tried printing using only the drying box but then some horizontal holes were appearing. I solved that with the oven. The pieces are really strong. I took the pictures without cleaning or post-processing the pieces. Printer: Ender 3pro Hotend: Dragon HF Phaetus Nozzle: Nozzle X E3D Fan: Hero me gen5 dual fan 5015 Fan speed: 20-30 % (65 % for bridges) Hotend temperature: 258 °C Bed temperature: 85 °C Bed adhesion: Glue stick Enclosure: No Support: No Layer height: 0.15 mm Print speed: 40-50 mm/s Retraction: 6 mm at 40 mm/s

It's a hard one to print, you've got to get the temperatures right and I struggled for a while. I found that printing at a 260C nozzle temperature and 100C bed temperature worked. A glue stick is your friend here, I think using glue is a MUST to prevent warping. After doing this, I had perfect prints, which were absolutely solid due to the nylon and carbon fibre.

As long as you can get this bone dry, it's a very nice filament. Dry it for an unreasonable amount of time, then dry it as much again. Once this is done, repeat. Once you've done this, it's an impressive material at a great price. Oh, and if you haven't printed in a while - even if it's in a dry box - you know what you've got to do. Again.
