However, they run a little small and are extremely tight. So much so, that it is difficult to actually bend my knee at all. They do keep my knees warm and loose (via the neoprene), but due to the tightness, I am unable to keep them on for very long. I suggest ordering one size up from your regular size, and then they would be really good.
