The thickness is perfect and for me I always use the little round add in and put directly on my nipple so when I go to take it off, the adhesive will not pull my nipple. Make sure you use those. Hands down, absolutely the best pasties I have ever purchased. You put them on and they come off when YOU remove them. I work outside in the Georgia summer heat, sweating the entire time…they don’t budge! One would have to really stare to notice them through the thin tanks I wear and I’ve used one pair, multiple times and even after cleaning, they still stay put! They have a protective spot for your nipple so they come off with no pain! I hope they never change a thing because the search ends here! These are everything a gal wants in a pastie!!
