I can tell you it IS an appetite suppresser however, you can get the shakes/ trembles/ nausea if you take it on an empty stomach. Not always but a lot of times. And for me it suppresses so much I have forgotten to eat/ meal supplement a whole day. It sounds like a low dose and everyone's different i take 2 a day morning and afternoon though the directions say 3xs a day. If I take it past 4pm, It'll keep me up till the wee hours of the morning. It will make me hot and my HR raises, which helps me burn more calories during a workout. It really helps me keep my appetite under control, which is the main reason in taking it. HOWEVER, I have finally put 1+1 together and discovered that it is the reason my nose runs all the time. I do not have that problem when I don’t take it.
