He is a poodle, so I know that over time, I would save more money grooming myself.I bought this set of hair cutting scissor, clips, thinning shear, and comb. This kit came in a nice zip up case, the scissors are sharp and have a nice feel to them, the clips and comb are a nice addition for when I cut my daughter's hair. The regular scissors are very sharp and cut my hair ease. The feathering scissors are amazing too, they thin my thick hair out nicely. Definitely watch a youtube video before you start hacking away though. There are right and wrong ways when it comes to feathering your hair.. I don't use the extra pins or comb that come with it, but it's nice that they've included them in the kit.
