You'll probably want to mount it for some peace of mind. Installation took a little effort if I recall, but I'm confident that the card isn't going anywhere.If you think you might want to use this, I recommend getting at when you're setting up your build. It mounts correctly into the case, but trying to mount the GPU wouldn’t align to the rear expansion slots at all. Screw holes have quite a bit of wiggle room, but can't be tightened after installing GPU, which means if something is not fully connected (e.g. I was initially getting 2x instead of 8x PCIe lanes), the process is as follows:1. Unplug the card.2. Loosen the screws.3. Adjust riser card.4. Install the GPU again.5.
