Review: Great for gastro paresis!!! - I absolutely love this stuff, as someone who has gastro paresis and has been struggling to get in enough protein daily this stuff is incredible. I typically have to take enzymes or even Betaine hcl every time I want to try to get enough protein in, but with this stuff I don’t have to do any of that. I take it first thing in the morning (something I typically never do because eating too early makes me feel sick). I have been healing from a surgery and I’ve been taking it 2 to 3 times a day but I think I’m going to still take it two times a day after I’m done healing. It says to drink it at room temperature, but in my opinion, it really tastes like crap that way, I keep it in the fridge and drink it cold - I think that it tastes fine as long as it’s cold. Kind of sweet kind of tart, but you’re not drinking very much of it anyway so it’s just not a big deal. I can’t say enough good things about this product. It has really helped me get enough protein daily without suffering or filling gross or bloated or sick. I have not tried the orange. I’ve only done the berry flavor and I will continue to just stick with that because I like it.
