After bingeing The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. for the past month, I was very curious about his favorite dessert, especially since I like coffee and I like jello.It took a while to arrive from Japan, but it was definitely worth the wait. I refrigerated it for a few days, then served it in a small glass dish with whipped cream. It was nicely firm, with a smooth texture and rich flavor that was enhanced by the cream.
