Review: Great price for peace of mind. - Bought for our motorhome easy to install. Review: Great and reliable product - I purchased this fire alarm in 2023, and it has been a fantastic product from day one. It came with a one-year battery guarantee, and it worked flawlessly all the way up until yesterday, when I believe the battery finally died. During the time I had it, I never experienced a single issue-the performance was excellent and incredibly reliable. The only real downside is the battery itself. It seems to be irreplaceable, which is a shame because the alarm is otherwise a quality product. If the manufacturer could move toward a greener, more sustainable design that allows for battery replacement, it would make this product both longer-lasting and more environmentally friendly. Overall, I would still recommend this alarm to anyone looking for a dependable option. If you have any questions about my experience, feel free to drop me a message, I’m happy to help. ## Features - EARLY WARNING SMOKE DETECTOR: The optical smoke alarm makes protecting your home simple. The optical smoke sensing chamber works by 'seeing' smoke as it enters the alarm, perfect for slow burning fires with thick white smoke - TOAST PROOF: The high performance optical sensors ensure the FireAngel SB1-R is less prone to false alarms from cooking fumes, so you can enjoy your breakfast in peace - TEST/HUSH BUTTON: Press the large test button to ensure your Fire Angel smoke alarm is working properly. A loud, high-pitched sound will verify it. To silence a false alarm, press and hold the button for 5 seconds - 1 YEAR BATTERY: Each battery operated smoke alarm comes with a 1 year, replaceable 9V battery. When the smoke alarm battery is low, the device will 'chirp' and the red LED will flash once every 32 seconds. Replace the battery ASAP - EASY INSTALLATION: Each FireAngel smoke alarm comes with a removable base plate. Attach the base plate to the ceiling using the screws provided. After inserting the battery, push and twist the alarm clockwise onto the base plate ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07FNRXZ4G | | Alarm | Audible | | Brand | Fireangel | | Built-In Media | 2x Smoke Alarms + Base Plates, 2x 9V Battery, 4x Screws, 4x Rawl Plugs, 1x Instruction Manual | | Colour | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 3,202 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00816317004712 | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 3.5D x 9W x 9H Centimeters | | Item Type Name | Smoke Alarm | | Item Weight | 113 Grams | | Manufacturer | FireAngel Safety Technology Ltd | | Mfr Part Number | SB1-TP-R | | Model Number | SB1-TP-R | | Number of Items | 2 | | Power Source | Battery Powered | | Product Dimensions | 3.5D x 9W x 9H Centimeters | | Product Style | 2 Pack | | Sensor Type | Photoelectric | | Style | 2 Pack | | UPC | 816317004712 | | Unit Count | 2.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Fireangel - **Style:** 2 Pack - **Power Source:** Battery Powered - **Colour:** White - **Product Dimensions:** 3.5D x 9W x 9H Centimeters - **Item Weight:** 113 Grams - **Alarm:** Audible - **Sensor Type:** Photoelectric - **Global Trade Identification Number:** 00816317004712 - **Number of Items:** 2 ## Images ![SB1-R Smoke Alarm - Toast Proof, Optical Smoke Alarms for Home with Replaceable Battery and Test/Silence Button - Early Smoke Detector Fire Alarm - 90 x 35 mm - White - 2-Pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/619XqmbNqHL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great price for peace of mind. *by L***. on 27 June 2026* Bought for our motorhome easy to install. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great and reliable product *by T***R on 23 September 2025* I purchased this fire alarm in 2023, and it has been a fantastic product from day one.
