**Q: Is this hot sauce worth the high price of $18? What does it taste like?**
A: Of course it's not worth $18, but when you're a picante freak you go for it at least once. It's hot but the scorch is flavorful as well. To me it's hot, but I eat hot peppers daily so maybe I'm not really a good indicator. I'd say try it once and wish the price was about one-third of what you must pay.

A: Why don't you turn also the bottle around, so we can look the  ingredients

A: it's more of paste than a sauce but it flows freely

**Q: Do I refrigerate this after opening?**
A: Don't know the science behind the real answer, but I put mine in the fridge out of an abundance of caution.  If nothing else, it will go rancid like any oil.
