Started to put it together the next day - got as far as the base, and two shelves (Shelves disappointingly made of MDF as stated) Unfortunately, the product would have been worth the money if they too were of hardened glass etc. When it came to the attachment for the tv = this proved a little harder at first, and s I have back/neck problems; roped in a fried to help finish. They too found attaching the bracket and then the tv onto the unit as bit fiddly but finally managed to get it done. I was disappointed with not being able to feed through some of my plugs through the holes for the cable management - holes in the unit should be made either a bit wider and or more oval in shape to fit some plugs that come sealed to some cables. Other than these issues, I love my unit and it does take two people to put the tv onto the unit as this is both a heavy, and fiddly job. All pieces to fit the unit/tv onto together were there and labelled well and diagrams easy enough to work out. One small detail, it was fiddly trying to put the small bracket at the back to secure the underneath of the tv - very fiddly in dead Maybe a sliding type of movement on the bracket for your tv would be easier! Overall a lovely piece of furniture, and very happy customer ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great TV stand *by D***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 January 2019* Brilliant piece of kit, good quality, very easy to install although time consuming but that’s to be expected with a relatively large piece of furniture. Not much space needed to install and all of the equipment is in the box.Two upper shelves are wood/mdf and this is actually convenient as you can tell from the bottom glass shelf that it would be a dust magnet. Very happy as of now, fitted to my 49” Bravia and sits higher than I expected - a lot of reviewers aren’t clear on this so any questions please feel free to ask. I mention the TV sitting higher as it’s actually easier to view when lying down.Swivel action is sufficient and key for any stand like this, everything feels sturdy although you will be unsure at first.Only two issues:1. The “secure” screws that are fitted last on the instructions just seem to go against the bracket and not in to any hole2. Install any cables needed before hand (especially the power cable on the Bravia 2018 TVs) as the bracket will block these off. This is perfect . Very happy with it and it also feels very secure. Unfortunately because it was to fit in such a small space the shelves couldnt fit and you cant adjust them to put them higher up on the stand, but i just simply attached one of them to the wall beside it to store my dvd player. The TV is the highest it will go and as you can see from the picture its quite high and is the perfect height for watching tv in bed. From the ground to the top of the 43 inch tv it is just under 57 inches in height. The stand was easy to build and was delivered quickly.
